Our 5 cottages lie in true, peaceful, Northumbrian farmland with each cottage having stunning views across to the Pennines. From your lounge windows you can watch lambs at play or listen to the call of the curlews in the surrounding fields; you may even be lucky enough to see our elusive family of stoats.


Common House Farm is a charming place for a holiday; well insulated and with heating provided by our bio-mass boiler, our recently refurbished cottages are perfect for out of season holidays too. No wonder many of our guests return year after year.
