Broomshaw Hill Farm B&B
A Warm Welcome Awaits You at Broomshaw...

... You can be confident that a warm welcome awaits you at Broomshaw Hill Farm bed and breakfast, Northumberland. At our lovely, partly original 18th century, farmhouse we aim to provide luxury and an extremely comfortable and peaceful night's sleep in our ensuite accommodation. Nestled alongside the tumbling Haltwhistle Burn we provide a secluded location that is moments from the National Trail, historic Haltwhistle, acclaimed as the Centre of Britain, and the iconic World Heritage site of Hadrian's Roman Wall.

From Broomshaw B&B you can conveniently get about with the assistance of the AD122 Roman Wall bus service, which not only links the forts, but also provides a walker and cycle friendly service for easy access to both east and western extremities of Hadrian’s Wall and the Roman sites of Vindolanda and Carvoran. The historic centres of Hexham and Carlisle are a short train journey away.

Ample on-site parking is available, though you can take advantage of our location to leave your transport behind and lessen your carbon footprint. Immediate, easy access to the Haltwhistle Burn footpath allows you to take the short walk that will lead you directly onto the Military Road and the heart of Roman Wall country. Equally easily you can walk into Haltwhistle itself with its access to the coast to coast rail and A69 bus services as well as a variety of shops and eating places
